How does BNAP work?

Step 1 – Screening
We determine whether BNAP is appropriate for you. If suitable, a staff member will remain in contact throughout the programme to monitor progress.

Step 2 – Physiotherapy Assessment
Our physiotherapists complete a thorough physical assessment, review your medical history, identify contributing factors to your pain, and explain the programme in detail.

Step 3 – Active Treatment Plan
We create an individualised active rehabilitation plan. You will be asked to sign a patient agreement to ensure commitment to the process.
Treatment includes structured exercise sessions and educational components over 1–6 weeks, depending on your progress and goals.

Step 4 – Completion & Home Programme
At the end of the programme, you will receive a personalised home exercise plan and scheduled follow-ups. If more active rehabilitation is needed, we assist with re-entry into the programme.
